Bormax® 2.0 WS prima series 1624

Not every drilling can be done in a 90° angle, but you do not necessary need a special tool for it. Due to it’s 4 mm HSS-pre drill you can drill at many angles, even free hand! The Bormax® 2.0 geometry makes him proper for all softwoods, European hardwood as well as MDF panels.
Because of its good performance in European hardwood the Pilot guided-Bormax® 2.0 WS prima enjoys great popularity not only by the stairs builders. Because traditional drills for the stairs construction have a long triangular centre point, which does not identifies a keenly geometry. In hardwood, these tools often provide smoke signals...

On the contrary we have the HSS-Drill bit (diameter 4.0 mm and with a point angle of 60°) of our Pilot guided-Bormax® 2.0 WS prima. It pre-dills very slightly and gives the Bormax® an ideal guide, even in the head woodworking. This have already noticed many turners!  

But attention, please do not use this tool in exotic hard woods or worse, in the head woodworking of these exotic woods. Therefor we have the TCT-Bormax³ which is perfect. And if you should simply need a good Forstner Bit, no problem, just change the pre-drill with the brad point and get it going.
