Traditional cylinder boring bit with centre point, 2 main cutting edges and 2 spurs. Tear free accurate holes in soft wood, can also be used for European hard wood and
veneered boards. Especially easy to resharpen due to the straight taper taps. In combination with extension shanks of product line 1639 perfectly suitable for drilling
deep holes. This cylinder boring bits is only suitable for stationary use! For freehand drilling we recommend our rapid Forstner bit Bormax® product line 1622 or the
TCT-Bormax³ product line 1663.
