The FAMAG® router bits of the 12- and 22-piece professional sets are characterised by the high quality carbide plates, which are soldered very gently on the steel body. Low soldering temperatures reduce the hardening distortion considerably and affect the carbide much less than conventional methods.
The shanks are machine wet cylindrical ground to the exact diameter of 8.0 mm and thus have a perfect concentricity. Only high-quality ball bearings are used.
As a result these router bits run particularly smoothly and have an exceptional service life. Each router bit is marked and shows how deep it has to be inserted into the collet chuck of your router.
