Now new: FAMAG Isulation hole saw

In modern house construction and in renovation, there are now insulating materials like wood fibre insulation boards, polystyrene, mineral wool, polyurethane foam and much more. In practice, partly circular cut-outs for the distribution of electricity and sockets must be made in these materials. The problem for the craftsman is always the same: Today for this application there are not suitable drilling tools on the market and so these tasks drives the craftsmen to sweat. Champions League is perfectly round holes in wood insulation boards. This task brings professionals almost to madness today. It is particularly important for the later application, that these are accurately fitting and cut-outs for example take a cavity wall box.
Today we present you the first hole saw for really all insulating materials as: wood insulation boards, polystyrene, mineral wool, polyurethane foam and also leather, rubber, paper, carpet and much more. This innovative dual serrated produces very clean and precise cuts in the application. The hole saw is designed so that your interface is like a knife cut. The fibres are so basically designed like a bread knife with serrated edge. Generally, today´s hole saws work in the market after the chip removing process, but when cutting insulation it is far from ideal, as already had to experience so many craftsmen.
The new FAMAG –Insulation hole saw does not have a centre drill, but a sliding ejector shank. What does this means in practice? The insulating material is so soft that you put the hole saw to cut directly to the surface and cutting loose. Cutting is easy and in a few moments creates a circular hole with a clean edge to the insulation.
Now comes the best part: The ejection of saw core is now possible in the twinkling of an eye by pushing the hole saw after cutting easy on the ejector backwards. This is particularly gratifying because the insulating materials have a tendency to crumble when the core must be “fumble out” as before with a screwdrivers and with a lot of patience.

We have thought along: If the hole is made for example to inject a pulp as thermal insulation, the hole must be closed after the work again. For this you can simply use the resulting core, because he does not have a centre hole and is only slightly smaller than the bore. Along with a little bit glue you finished this task incredibly fast. This saves time, nerves and money.
