New HSS-G Brad Point Drill Bit sets “Excellent” of series 1594
The HSS-G brad point drill bits of series 1594 are characterised by several unique selling points:
- high precision drillings thanks to the fully ground finish
- perfectly suitable for all hard woods due to the use of high quality HSS steel
- especially proper drilling pattern due to two grinded pre-cutters
- the fully ground deep hole spiral guarantees a perfect chip removal
- very fast drilling as these twist drills require high speeds and feeds

Both new sets include our HSS-G brad point drill bits series 1594 from Ø 3 up to Ø 16 mm (1 mm increasing).
The 15-pieces set is additionally fitted with a VARIO HM slip-on countersink (2202 series):
- universally mountable on all drill bit diameters from 3,0 up to 8,0 mm and all intermediate sizes (e.g.4,5 mm)
- perfect for countersinking in hard wood and also exotic hard wood due to the carbide tipping
- ideal to use also for coated boards
