Our HSS-G wood twist drills of the series 1594 are the perfect tools for high-precision drilling even in the hardest woods and board materials. They are made of high-quality HSS steel and both the spiral and the head geometry with centre point, two main cutting edges and two spur cutting edges are fully ground. This means that the drillings have a particularly clean hole pattern and the spiral guarantees a perfect chip transport, resulting in an exceptionally long service life of the tool. Best results are achieved in stationary application with high speeds. The drill bits are also suitable for freehand use - however, it is important here that your power drill or cordless screwdriver works at a proper speed. The brad point drill bit HSS-G definitely belongs to the DELTA-F family of FAMAG and for us it is also the product of the year 2021!
