Besides the introduction of two new FAMAG products, we have interesting news: The exclusive distribution rights on ProFit® hole saws in Germany were granted to us.
Visit us at the International hardware fair Cologne 2010, hall 10.2, gait B, stand no. 029. As their new exclusive distribution partner, FAMAG will exhibit together with the Dutch hole saw producer Boorwerk. We obtained the exclusive distribution rights for this extremely interesting tool in Germany. More information about this new product and its distribution structure will be presented at the fair along with a nice cup of coffee. You are cordially invited!
Furthermore, two novelties will be presented live at this year’s hardware fair:

1. Enlargement of the product series "long machine wood drills"
In addition to the lengths 150mm and 250mm, we enlarged our product series “long machine wood drills” by the lengths 315mm and 400 mm. The versions of size 250, 315 and 400mm are available as machine wood drills (series 1599) as well as twist drills (series) 2599 with a 135 envelope of cone polished section. Come along and take a look! We are sure that you have never seen a machine wood drill with a length of 400 mm and a diameter of 3mm before.

2. Roller blind fitting hole-saw
To install roller blinds on windows, you have to drill holes for the cords to pass through. This often presents problems because you meet different materials (plastic, wood, metal etc…). For this reason we have added a dedicated new hole saw to our FAMAG-range so that you can effortlessly complete the task. This bimetal hole-saw has a useable length of 100 mm and is fitted with a HSS-centre drill which enables accurate alignment. This hole-saw is available in 3 diameters: Ø 17 mm (mini-cord), Ø 22 mm (mini-cord with guide bush) and Ø 25 mm (maxi-cord). Every hole-saw includes a hexagonal shank as well as an HSS centre drill which can be replaced if necessary.
