Holz-Handwerk 2010, 24. – 27.3.2010

Join us at the Holz-Handwerk 2010 in Nuremberg (hall 12, stand 312).
Get into the excitement and take a look at how true professionals work!

You know what a deep-hole drill in wood means? You know the difference between hard and soft wood and how difficult it is to remove a plug out of a hole saw?

However, come along to see us in Nuremberg, we are eager to show you our products!

For example the new FAMAG Drill Bits HSS extra long. Whether it is 150mm, 250mm, 315mm or 400mm long, all lengths from 3mm to 16mm are available. These tools are produced in HSS-G high-quality. The drills are equipped with a special twist and are grinded of the whole. We produce the drill head of the machine wood drills on our CNC machines with two main cutting edges and two taper taps. They are the best choice for deep-hole drilling in all kinds of wood. The characteristics for fast and controlled chip evacuation of these drill bits are unbelievable. The pregrounded twists have a special geometry and transport even wet softwood-shavings out of deep boreholes. Not only in softwood you will make precise and clean boreholes with these tools but also in European and exotic hardwood, coated and uncoated chip trays. All instrument makers will be especially happy about the small diameters of 3mm and 4mm.

Have you ever asked yourself how to remove the drill core out of a hole saw after boring?

These times are over:

FAMAG introduces the hole saw system of ProFit?. Whether the bi-metal hole saw or the hard metal design, the new ProFit? whole saws are axial movable on the shank. After the work is done, just pull the hole saw with adaptor backwards and remove the plug. It is a real benefit concerning time savings! Try it on chip tray, MDF, plastics, tiles, concrete and stone – the high-quality hard metal mounting is afraid of (almost) nothing. You will be thrilled!

Our range covers more than 70 different common diameters from 16mm – 210mm, almost increasing in mm steps. In addition to the single products, there are also attractive sets in PVC boxes and in aluminium cases available to interesting prices.

Come around, take a look and give it a try! Of course we are on hand to answer any questions you might have. See you in Nuremberg!
